Recommended dose
Children 1 – 3 years: 1 teaspoon per day.
Children 4 – 8 years: 2 teaspoons per day.
Adolescents 9 – 18 years: 2 teaspoons per day.
• Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other
medications or natural health products.
