In Response to COVID-19

Although British Columbia, where our warehouses are located, is in a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will strive to fulfil our customers’ needs through our online store at ShopAlive.ca.

With that being said, it has been increasingly difficult to source many items as they are becoming scarce and unavailable. We will continue to process orders, but we hope that our customers expect certain items to be cancelled due to unavailability and limitations from our suppliers.

In order to upkeep our sanitary standards, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times are no longer guaranteed by Canada Post (our primary shipping method), so you may also expect delays in receiving your package.

You may still be able to place your order, but if you are currently located in one of the serviceable locations above we will contact you for an option to ship to an alternate address, or to cancel your order.

For the safety of everyone, we are no longer accepting returns of any kind during this crisis.
