As you may be aware, Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour dispute, which may result in delivery delays. We are working hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible and have arranged for an alternate shipping provider to minimize any impact.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to this change. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep this page updated with any significant developments.
There are certain areas that currently can not be delivered to. These include:
- PO Box (Post Office Box) Numbers
- Certain rural and remote addresses within Canada
- Addresses outside of Canada
You will still be able to place an order, but if we receive any orders with an undeliverable address, they may be held until the Canada Post service is available again. You will be notified through email if the order is being held, with an option to cancel and refund your order.
