The word chamomile is derived from the Greek word khaimelon which means earth apple, due to the scent of chamomile. Chamomile is hand harvested as soon as the blossoms appear and is sun dried in the traditional manner so that they keep most of their fragrance and taste.
Chamomile Tea: Use 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 5 – 7 minutes.
